It all started when...
I got my first computer and a copy of Adobe Photoshop in high school. It was interesting to learn how to utilize the program and I wanted to learn more about digital painting. I made an account with conceptart.org and made some really amazing friends who would help me with understanding Photoshop and how to illustrate. To this day, I still email them and see how they are doing.
I wanted to pursue a career in computer animation, I was obsessed with Pixar Animation, Blizzard Entertainment and Dreamworks Animation SKG. I attended Boston University: Center for Digital Imaging Arts in 2006 for a 9 month computer animation certificate. Then decided that I needed an actual degree from a reputable university to gain experience in a computer animation studio. I then attended Academy of Art University from 2008-2010 but sadly I had to come home due to failing grades.
I decided that I wanted to learn more of the design process and thought that being a graphic designer would help me throughout my education and self taught design practices. Ever since high school I've been passionate about different types of design and want to bring innovation to my creative path of being a multi-talented designer. I'm currently attending Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design keeping a 3.0 and hoping to transfer to Massachusetts College of Art and Design by this January, 2017. I'm totally excited to apply and anticipate what my future holds.
